SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at Future Education in Richmond Upon Thames. As a key member of our staff, you will provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, fostering their emotional well-being and confidence.
About the Role- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and strategies to meet students' unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children of varying abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families.

- An estimated salary range of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
