About the role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who have ASD and ADHD, providing vital 1:1 and small group support to help them thrive in the classroom. Your role will involve encouraging engagement, development, and independence in these students.

You will collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement tailored learning plans, ensuring each child receives the support they need to succeed.
