Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual to support students with additional learning needs in our Secondary School in Richmond. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with learning difficulties.
  • Assist students in managing their workload and organisation.
  • Liaise with teachers to ensure appropriate support is in place.
  • Help students build confidence and independence in their learning.

Requirements

  • Experience working with older students with learning needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A clear DBS check.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
