Richmond Primary School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disabilities Support Specialist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require additional support, providing individualized attention and adapting learning materials to meet their needs.

As a Learning Disabilities Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to monitor student progress, collaborate on lesson plans, and implement strategies to promote inclusivity and diversity in the classroom.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, has excellent communication skills, and is able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, which is competitive with other similar roles in the Richmond area.
