Enhancing Education for Children with Special Needs

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our thriving school community at FUTURE EDUCATION in Richmond Upon Thames. As a dedicated member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, empowering them to reach their full potential.
About the Position- As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of students with SEN.
- You will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and build resilience.
- With your expertise and experience, you will help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic success and personal growth.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children of varying abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families.
- An estimated salary range of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
