Protocol Education Ltd seeks a dedicated SEND teacher in Richmond to work with vulnerable learners and contribute to their academic and personal growth.
This role is ideal for qualified SEND educators who can tailor their approach to meet the unique needs of children and young people in a creative and holistic manner.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored teaching, tutoring, and mentoring programs to address individual student needs.
Requirements:
- Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE / B.Ed / PTLLS / DTLLS / CELTA).
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience, preferably in SEMH settings.
- Experience working with students with Additional Educational Needs, specifically SEMH.
- Enhanced DBS check required; assistance available at cost if needed.
- Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of students, following safeguarding policies and procedures.
We offer competitive salaries and a supportive work environment. Estimated salary: £48,000 - £68,000 per annum, based on experience, allowing you to pursue your passion for education while maintaining a good standard of living.
