Job Description

As our new Children's Publishing Specialist, you will be responsible for submitting titles to and maintaining strong working relationships with international co-agents, negotiating translation deals, and reviewing contracts.

You will also track and follow up on payments using Bradbury Phillips Rights Manager, process royalty statements, and oversee the compilation of our rights catalogues.

In addition, you will keep co-agents updated with material and news, assisted by the agency assistant, plan for and represent us at the Bologna, London, and Frankfurt Book Fairs, and provide agency colleagues with data and reports on translation sales trends.
