Advanced Pediatric Clinical Practitioner

We are looking for a highly skilled Pediatric Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in Surrey Heath. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a positive, proactive and collaborative primary care clinical team supporting children aged 0-17 years.
In this role, you will work autonomously, managing a caseload of booked appointments for on-the-day and urgent care needs. You will be skilled in providing urgent care and minor illness management, and providing support to children with long-term conditions.
The ideal candidate will have relevant health-related degree, community or Primary Care specialist qualification, and clinical supervision training and experience. They will also be able to identify determinants of health in Surrey Heath / Frimley ICS and have knowledge of public health issues in Surrey Heath / Frimley ICS.
This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The salary for this position is £33 per hour, depending on experience, plus a Saturday enhancement.
