Primary Care Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Healthcare Practitioner to join our clinical team, providing exceptional care to patients in Surrey Heath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting core general practice capacity, managing a caseload of booked appointments, and working autonomously with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Provide urgent care and minor illness management
- Support patients with long-term conditions
- Have a strong background in healthcare, with relevant qualifications and experience
This is a flexible role that requires commitment to clinics with at least 3 weeks' notice. You will work from a rotating site across our 7 GP Practices, supporting residents in Surrey Heath. As a primary care specialist, you will be expected to have experience in general practice and be able to work independently.
