Adult Care Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant Manager. As a senior member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
The Role
- Manage and coordinate the care team to ensure delivery of high-quality care to our residents, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the unique needs of each resident, working closely with families and healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Administer medication accurately and safely, maintaining detailed records and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement strategies to mitigate them, creating a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
- Collaborate with the care team to promote resident independence and dignity, respecting their autonomy and preferences.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and driving best practice.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, reflecting the values of our organization.
About You
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience is highly desirable, demonstrating your commitment to the sector.
- You must be organized, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate tasks effectively, prioritizing resident needs and safety above all else.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate others is essential, showcasing your leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
- A good understanding of care planning processes and legislation is required, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- You must be experienced in administering medication or be willing to undertake training, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills.
- Above all, you must have a natural ability to empower and support individuals, fostering a culture of respect and compassion.
