**Clinical Lead for Lower Limb Nursing Services**

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse to lead our lower limb nursing services at Surrey Heath Community Providers Limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and leadership abilities.

About the Job:

  • Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, implementing, planning and reviewing care needs for lower limb management in partnership with patients, carers and multi-professional teams.
  • Work with the wider multidisciplinary team to prevent hospital admission and reduce GP contact.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to lower limb care.
  • Maintain professional registration and adhere to NMC code of conduct.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration - Adult/General Nurse.
  • Post-registration qualification in relevant area of practice.
  • Leadership skills and ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks.
  • Good working knowledge of clinical governance.

Estimated Salary:** £41,221-£51,411 per annum, dependent on experience.
