We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and organised individual to work full time for Parkshot Medical. You will be responsible for the management of medication-related queries, improving patient outcomes, and supporting access to healthcare services.
- You will work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Help to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is around £62,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also benefit from a comprehensive package of employee benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and continuous professional development opportunities.
RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you will require:
- Registration with the GPhC
- Experience in primary care or a related field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
