Job Title: Senior Care Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Senior Care Team Lead to oversee the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising shifts, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

The Role
  • Oversee and lead shifts to guarantee high-quality care is provided to our residents.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Ensure accurate administration and recording of medication, prioritizing resident safety.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Support care assistants in promoting resident independence and addressing daily needs.
  • Contribute to service development through close collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive, inclusive, and professional approach.

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is highly desirable.
  • You must possess excellent organizational skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to allocate tasks effectively.
  • A proven track record of leading and supervising others is essential.
  • A comprehensive understanding of care planning processes is required.
  • You should be experienced in administering medication or be willing to undergo training.
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of others is paramount.
