**Job Overview**

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Management Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of the project team, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, monitoring and control of projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using project planning or scheduling systems, with strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for generating project resource demand profiles and managing stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the project team in the planning, monitoring and control of projects
  • Use project planning or scheduling systems to work with stakeholders and resolve scheduling issues
  • Generate project resource demand profiles and manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable planning/scheduling experience in a professional capacity
  • Knowledge and experience of integrated schedule tracking and reporting systems/processes
  • Understanding of cost control processes and their interface with scheduling
