Security and Incident Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Investigation Lead to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing security incidents and investigations across Shared Services and key supply chain partners.
About the Role:
In this role, you will ensure that investigations are conducted in full compliance with Group Security standards and regulatory requirements. You will also maintain and update the Incident Risk Management toolset, ensuring that risks, control weaknesses, and mitigation actions are identified, documented, and effectively managed through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage security incidents and investigations
- Maintain and update the Incident Risk Management toolset
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Information Technology Cyber Security team on incidents and improvements to incident management processes
Your Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will need a formal qualification in investigations (PIP accreditation) and proven experience in investigation and incident management. You should also have specialist knowledge in at least one area preferred, such as Major Crime, Serious and Organised Crime (SOC), Cyber Crime, or public protection interviewing and investigations.
