Lead In Year Financial Management

Job Title: Project Professional - Cash Forecasting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the weekly In Year Financial Management reviews with Project Management and Supply Chain Delivery leads
  • Prepare detailed analysis on variances to forecast and maintain summaries of key drivers for spend
  • Understand the alignment of the IYFM forecast to the programme schedule
  • Manage Risk and Opportunity position to spend and take measured risks to achieve spend forecast
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
  • Act as the main point of contact between ICS and Dreadnought programme for IYFM

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Previous experience in Project Controls
  • Awareness of schedule delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills within a multi-disciplined environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel

Desirable:

  • Proficient with SAP
  • Recognised Project Management qualification
