Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise shifts to guarantee excellent care delivery.
  • Manage cases and collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to create tailored care plans.
  • Administer and record medication with precision and safety.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with care assistants to support residents with daily needs and foster independence.
  • Engage in service development by working closely with the leadership team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional attitude at all times.

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable but not essential.
  • You must be well-organized, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others is essential.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes is required.
  • You must be experienced in administering medication or be willing to undertake training.
  • Above all, you must have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.
