About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Primary Care Network (PCN) team in Surrey Heath. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support children aged 0-17 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support core general practice capacity by managing a caseload of booked appointments for on-the-day and urgent care needs.
  • Work autonomously, with minimal indirect supervision from an onsite GP, under a Primary Care Consultant model.
  • Provide expert management of identified patient cohorts and presenting complaints.

Patient Care Focus: You will be responsible for providing urgent care and minor illness management, as well as supporting children with long-term conditions.

Requirements
  • Recent pediatric primary or community experience is essential.
  • Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) Qualification is required.
  • Clinical supervision training and experience are necessary.

Competitive Salary: £33 per hour, depending on experience, plus Saturday enhancement.
