Job Description:

To provide high-quality patient-centered clinical care as a skilled nurse or Allied Health Professional in the urgent care setting. This role involves working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver seamless healthcare services to patients in Surrey Heath.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based nursing/AHP services to patients in the urgent care setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider urgent care team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Support the development and delivery of policies and procedures, and provide clinical leadership as required.
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered healthcare professional with the NMC or HCPC.
  • Community or Primary Care specialist qualification.
  • Additional qualification in a specific long-term condition.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
