About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Admin Officer to join our Breast team at Frimley Park Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Consultants, Nurses, and junior medical staff, ensuring that Trust standards are adhered to in relation to all documentation and data input concerning patients and treatment.

You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care, utilizing your organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Consultants, Nurses, and junior medical staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Trust standards for data input and documentation
  • Work effectively in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 Administration or equivalent practical knowledge
  • Experience of using EPIC
  • Recent experience of working in an office environment
  • Competent with current software programmes (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
