About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Surrey Heath. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide face-to-face minor illness management and work closely with urgent care teams to deliver high-quality patient-centred clinical care.

With your strong clinical skills and experience in community or primary care, you will support the development and delivery of policy and procedures, providing clinical leadership as required. Your ability to work effectively in a digital environment will also be essential.

Surrey Heath Community Providers Limited is a federation of 7 GP practices across 10 sites, covering a population of over 97,000 patients. We pride ourselves on providing safe and compassionate care to our patients across our range of primary care services in Surrey Heath.

Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25.00 per hour, plus Saturday enhancement. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to the well-being and career development of our staff.
