Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality dietetic services to housebound patients and Care Home residents in the Frimley South area
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the use of oral nutritional supplements in the community
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on nutrition-based courses and CPD opportunities for healthcare professionals
  • Lead on various projects, including Appropriate prescribing of Sip Feeds and Quality Improvement projects in care homes
  • Ensure the effective dissemination of information and best practices in malnutrition management within the community
