We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Assessor. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will conduct thorough assessments of individuals with disabilities or health conditions, utilizing your clinical expertise and assessment skills to determine the impact on their work life.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients both face-to-face and via telephone/video. The successful candidate will be sensitive, compassionate, and able to ask pertinent questions while maintaining high standards of practice.
Your Skills and Experience
- HCPC Registered Physiotherapist with a minimum 12 months' recent broad-based post-registration experience
- Experience in functional assessment and clinical decision-making would be advantageous
- Continuous Professional Development evidence on your CV
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
- Completion of ECDL or equivalent would be beneficial
- Sound understanding of clinical governance and customer service standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and adapt to changing situations
- IT skills and experience using various software
- Self-awareness, focus on professional development, honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
- Motivated to deliver high-quality customer service, demonstrating empathy, respect, and sensitivity
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards
Salary and Benefits
£37,500 - £43,000 + £2,000 after one year + ongoing bonus of up to 10%
