The Brand Manager role at SC Johnson Ltd is a critical position that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth and profitability. Your expertise will be essential in partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead brand strategy and execution, collaborating with Sales, Category, Demand Planning, Finance, and additional stakeholders.
  2. Partner with the Customer Marketing Manager to establish and implement trade and brand strategies, ensuring new product launches align with regional goals.
  3. Develop insights and build strong customer partnerships through impactful launch plans and activation initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with the Regional team to refine media strategies and adjust based on performance.
  5. Manage and optimize the local brand marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation for maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Grocery market for FMCG.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using market data and statistical tools.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through effective branding and marketing strategies.
  • Valid driving license, with ability to drive to customer meetings and regular store checks.

What We Offer

  • A highly competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
