Sales and Marketing Lead

Greene King is seeking a talented and ambitious General Manager to lead our community pubs and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example, embodying our brand values, and driving sales growth
- Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results
- Collaborating with the business development manager and management team to develop and implement strategic plans
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer service and safety
To succeed in this role, you will require:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers

Our competitive compensation package includes:
- A salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on location and experience
