Sales Consultant for New Developments

We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated New Home Property Advisor to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Selling new homes via lead generation and booking viewing appointments
- Tracking and responding to all leads and enquiries
- Showcasing properties to potential clients
- Controlling the sales process and liaising with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
- Negotiating and securing sales
Additionally, you must be well-presented at all times, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and have a full clean driving license and use of your own vehicle.
