Key Responsibilities- Deliver operating budget targets by achieving value, gross margin, and volume targets for your accounts using innovative sales and marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, ensuring our brands remain top-of-mind.
- Develop a spend-savvy promotional plan for your customers leveraging commercial and category insights to influence future strategies.
- You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A strong understanding of the discount channel market and its trends.
