Job Summary

We are recruiting a Band 4 Physiotherapy Assistant Practitioner to join our Medical Physiotherapy Team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.

This role involves working under indirect supervision of physiotherapists to provide high-quality physiotherapy services across the medical team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about patient care, and enjoy working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To provide high-quality physiotherapy services across the medical team.
  2. Manage physiotherapy inpatient handovers on medical wards, prioritising and delegating where necessary.
  3. Carry out clinical tasks, such as prescribing, teaching, reviewing, and adapting exercises for patients to optimise rehabilitation and maintenance on discharge.
