Job Title: HR and Finance Operations Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced HR and Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team at GXO Logistics in Banbury. As a key member of our HR and finance teams, you will provide administrative support and coordinate various operations.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30. You will be required to work flexibly, as this role involves working in a logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR records, absence logs, staff databases, and rotas.
  • Liaise with suppliers and the accounts payable team regarding payment queries.
  • Coordinate agency payroll checks and resolve discrepancies with agency contacts.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience within an administrative role, ideally within a HR or finance environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
