Human Resources Coordinator Opportunity
The RecruitmentServices group is a leading healthcare provider with multiple independent hospitals, serving thousands of people. Our organization has a strong team of consultants and support staff, committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team, providing guidance and administrative services to support our HR function. This role will work closely with the Group Head of HR to develop and implement the HR agenda, driving improvements in our people processes.

To succeed in this position, you should have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, at least one year of experience in HR Generalist and ER Advisor roles, and possess strong attributes that align with our values of Community, Integrity, Vigour, Innovation, and Compassion. You should also be confident interacting with colleagues, focused on achieving results, and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, day shifts. The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 per annum, in addition to comprehensive benefits such as company pension, private medical insurance, free flu jabs, and free parking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR team
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our HR strategy
  • Work closely with the Group Head of HR to plan and deliver the HR agenda
  • Support the growth and development of our employees
