Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at GXO Logistics in Banbury. As a key member of our HR and Finance departments, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics services.

Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the HR and finance teams, including scanning, filing, booking meeting rooms, ordering stationery, making travel arrangements, and booking first aid courses.
* Update HR records, absence records, staff databases, rotas, clear time and attendance staff exceptions, and update records.
* Liaise with suppliers regarding price quotes, reporting shortages or missed items, and accounts payable queries.
* Conduct weekly agency payroll checks, raise discrepancies with agency contacts, complete agency weekly breakdown reports, and site costings sheets.
