Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide product information and guidance to customers
- Process orders and manage customer accounts
- Coordinate with suppliers and participate in production meetings
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Proven office-based customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
