Job Description:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts
  • Coordinate with suppliers and participate in production meetings
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Proven office-based customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
