XM Cyber transforms exposure management by demonstrating how attackers leverage and combine misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, identity exposures, and more, across cloud and on-prem environments to compromise critical assets.

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Specialist to manage our current and future customers in the UK.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
  • Establish productive and close relationships with customers' key stakeholders, including senior-level executives
  • Understand the client's organization structure, business drivers, and desired operational outcomes from deploying XM Cyber
  • Understand the client's technical ecosystem to build an integrated vision for XM Cyber within the client environment
  • Work closely with product management, onboarding teams, and R&D teams to understand new high-value use cases
  • Identify growth and sales opportunities within your portfolio of accounts
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience working as a technical account manager within the cyber security domain with large customers
  • Able to design technical solutions for clients, including architecture and operational workflows
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS/Linux Servers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Security best practices
  • Knowledge of Information and Data Security concepts
  • Knowledge of Network Architecture concepts
  • Knowledge of Cloud Security (AWS/Azure)
  • Experience writing documentation relevant to product deployment, deployment configuration, operational guides, process workflows, and technical integration
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regularly within this region, as needed
