Bilingual Customer Success Manager

Job Summary
Sayari is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients fully realize a return on their investment in Sayari products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and retention within our existing portfolio of commercial and government sector clients.
- Client Onboarding and Training: Manage the onboarding, training, and ongoing support of new clients to ensure seamless product adoption and minimize churn risk.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the Sayari suite of products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Account Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor account health through usage metrics and intervene as needed to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration and Partnership Development: Work closely with the Account Management team to foster a collaborative account team that drives retention, deepens partnerships, and ensures client value is fully realized.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years in a customer success, solutions, or product role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
- Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and tight deadlines. Foundation of data literacy and interest in building analytic capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% within the UK and Europe.
