Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team at Resolver Inc. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Manage all aspects of assigned customer accounts, including account management, success, and growth.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Partner with customers to develop solutions to defined pain points, and provide value-added recommendations and solutions.
  • Product Understanding: Have a good understanding of products and services offered to effectively communicate needs to the product team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS or client digital agency business.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for solving business problems using technology and human intelligence.
  • Tools: Experience with marketing automation tools is an asset.
