About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Own Company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and growth with our data platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Success: Understand client success metrics and consistently deliver on those metrics to drive adoption, retention, and growth of accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Build trusting relationships with clients and their associates at all levels, fostering a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
  • Product Adoption: Review product adoption and utilization, providing guidance to customers on how to maximize value from their Own subscription.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Own products, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other Own teams, including Support, Product, and Sales, to provide seamless customer service and support.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS data platform environment.
  • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience using Salesforce as an end-user is essential.
  • Ability to manage a large number of accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
  • Additional language skills are a plus, particularly in languages such as French or Italian.

This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 3 days per week working out of our London office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
