Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team at UpSlide. As a key member of our global success function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth across the UK and EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Training and Enablement: Design and deliver engaging training sessions to clients, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to maximize the value of our products.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and functionality to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Data Analysis and Innovation: Analyze client usage statistics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop innovative solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer success initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in mid-tier and enterprise B2B relationship management or account management.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and another language (French, Spanish, Arabic, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Power BI.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial services and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients.
