About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team in the UK & EMEA regions. As a key member of our global Success function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure clients get the most out of our products and services.
  • Analyze client usage statistics to identify opportunities for growth and optimize existing processes to enhance customer success initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to build account plans, identify expansion and upsell opportunities, and promote our products and services to clients.
  • Collect and process customer feedback to inform product development and improve overall client experience.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in mid-tier and enterprise B2B relationship management or account management.
  • Strong project management skills to manage an exciting portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI.
  • Ability to speak another language (French, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) and previous client-side experience in financial services.
