As a Customer Success Manager at Intigriti, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing support, training, and guidance to help them achieve their goals and maximize their use of our products and services.

To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of our company's products and be able to provide expert advice to our customers on how to utilize them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be responsible for the entire customer success cycle, from onboarding to renewal.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
* Collaborate effectively with the development teams to provide timely product feedback and serve as the customer advocate to resolve any issues.
* Implement process improvements and create scalable programs to drive customer success objectives.
* Keep customer information updated in our systems to provide visibility on the commercial potential of each account and ensure business continuity.

What You'll Bring:

* 2+ years of demonstrated B2B SaaS software customer success or consulting experience.
* English language skills, both verbal and written, are a must. Dutch or German are a plus.
* A passion for delivering awesome customer experiences and a strong ability to balance customer needs and business priorities.
* Previous experience working with sales, partners, and/or customers in one or more roles in sales engineering, project management, and customer success.
* Proficient communication skills over the phone, in person, and when delivering presentations.
