Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team at ThisThat. As a key member of our Client Strategy team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts across EMEA, USA, and APAC.

Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and align our services to meet those needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products and explore new avenues for collaboration.
  • Build awareness, educate, and empower clients to maximize the value they get from ThisThat through various initiatives.
Performance Analysis and Improvement
  • Utilize reporting, data, and analytics to assess client performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the success of strategies implemented.
  • Constantly seek ways to enhance client experience, streamline processes, and innovate strategies for client retention and growth.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Regularly collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, as well as teams across the business, to drive business growth.
  • Help build an ever-more powerful platform that automates and empowers strategic insight, account management, and self-serveable solutions for clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of working experience in research and/or advertising (marketing or media environment is a plus).
  • Track record of performing successfully against revenue targets (100%+).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (we use Hubspot) and sales-related tools.
