Patient Pathway Manager

We are seeking an experienced Patient Pathway Manager to lead our Digital Patient Pathway Management team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in championing the vision and objectives set by the Head of Digital Patient Pathway Management.

Key Responsibilities- Streamline Care: Lead a dynamic team dedicated to refining processes and care models, leveraging user-centric digital tools to enhance efficiency and ensure timely treatment for all patients.
- Project Delivery: Ensure all projects are completed within designated timelines, building strong working relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff to meet project goals and objectives.
- Collaboration and Influence: Act as a liaison, supporting and influencing senior managers and clinical staff across Imperial College Health Care Trust and the North West London sector, promoting the team vision and facilitating ICS-level decision-making.
- NHS experience, including working with clinicians.
- Experience in challenging established working practices and opinions.
- Experience of waiting list management, technical, operational, and clinical challenges in managing RTT and non-RTT routine and urgent elective patient pathways.
- Liaison and negotiation at a senior level with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience of managing change within large complex projects and delivering expected outcomes.
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and access to training and development opportunities.
