We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Band 5 Patient Pathway Supervisor at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and clerical processes to ensure a high-quality, effective, and focused service is delivered.

The ideal candidate will have a proven NHS background, with experience of managing RTT and PTL, outpatients booking knowledge, HR policies, and leadership skills. They will be responsible for supervising and supporting Patient Pathway Coordinators, Patient Pathway Administrators, and Medical Staffing Coordinators, ensuring a high-quality patient experience and contributing to service development.

The post holder will be expected to contribute to the collection and analysis of data, assess service needs, develop improvement programmes, and implement subsequent action plans where necessary. They will also be responsible for overseeing data capture and challenges to support the delivery of the 18-week RTT standard, including attendance at PTL and review of longest waiters.

Main Duties of the Job
