About the Role

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Adoption Lead to join our Digital Patient Pathway Management (DPPM) team. This innovative team is dedicated to transforming patient care through the adoption of digital tools and processes, ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient care.

The Training and Adoption Lead will play a critical role in ensuring that digital solutions are effectively adopted across the Trust, driving cultural and operational changes necessary for success. This includes developing, delivering, and implementing digital solutions to support Patient Pathway Management across the Trust.

The post holder will be involved in developing and maintaining a variety of digital learning resources and training structures and materials available to staff. They will also serve as a champion and subject matter expert in Digital Patient Pathway Management solutions, working with the DPPM team, EPR team, and operational management teams to improve knowledge in, and the application of, patient pathway management policy, procedures, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for Trust staff on digital patient pathway management tools and processes.
  • Work with the Digital Change Manager to develop and implement an adoption strategy to maximize the uptake and effective use of digital tools, and identify barriers to adoption and develop solutions to overcome them.
  • Line management and provision of ongoing support and coaching to the DPPM training and adoption team to provide high standards of training on digital patient pathway management tools, with line management responsibilities for the training and adoption support team.
