About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RTT Patient Pathway Validator to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of patient pathways within our Specialist Medicine Division.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Validate and track patient referrals to treatment processes using patient administration and operational systems.
  • Escalate delayed or complex pathways to service and clinical leads.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical secretarial or pathway administration.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Cerner Millennium.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
