About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Support Officer to join our Digital Patient Pathway Management (DPPM) team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of the team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our key projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the DPPM team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and develop the day-to-day running of the business, administrative, and support services required by the programme team.
  • Be the first point of contact for the programme in the absence of the programme team, providing project problem resolution.
  • Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, including scheduling rooms, agendas, collation of materials for discussion, and minutes.
