About the Opportunity

Brook Street UK is seeking an experienced Team Manager to join their Autism Specialist Outreach Service in London E17. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality support services to adults with autism and complex needs.

Job Summary

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £37,263.00 per annum. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in adult social care, specifically in managing teams and developing service delivery strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering support services to adults with autism and complex needs
  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies to improve outcomes for service users
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience working in adult social care, specifically in managing teams and developing service delivery strategies
