Autism Service Team Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Autism Outreach Service in London. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality care and support is delivered to individuals with autism and complex needs.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have significant management experience in a similar setting, with at least 3 years of experience delivering person-centered support to people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess new referrals and develop comprehensive support plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and other professionals/stakeholders
- Coach, mentor, and develop a resilient team of support workers
- Ensure the service delivers innovative, person-centered support that meets individuals' needs and outcomes
Salary: £37,263 per annum
