Job Title: Autism Specialist Team Lead

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated team lead to join our Autism Specialist Outreach Service in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who is keen to use their coaching and mentoring skills while upholding high standards in service delivery.

You will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and deputy managers to provide creative, flexible, and person-centered services that enable individuals with autism and complex needs to thrive and be active members of their community.

About the Role

The role requires managing and motivating a staff team to deliver innovative support that meets individuals' needs and outcomes.

You will be responsible for assessing new referrals, developing comprehensive support plans, and ensuring the service delivers high-quality support that meets CQC requirements.

The ideal candidate will have significant management experience in a similar setting, at least 3 years of experience delivering person-centered support to people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess new referrals and develop comprehensive support and risk management plans
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a resilient team of support workers and deputy managers
  • Ensure the service delivers innovative, person-centered support that meets individuals' needs and outcomes
  • Maintain service standards to meet CQC requirements, aiming for a rating of 'Good' or 'Outstanding'
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
