Outcomes First Group is looking for an Autism Specialist Lead Clinician to join our team at Copper Fields School in Cornwall. In this role, you will be responsible for providing frontline management and leadership support to the clinical team while maintaining a therapy caseload.

You will work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Clinical Locality Lead, plus other key stakeholders across OFG. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

The successful candidate will contribute to staff training and consultation, working within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures. A clear understanding of the therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, manage their own workload, and supervise others are essential qualities for this role.

The salary for this position is up to £60,000 per annum, and you will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to first-class mental health support services.
