Autism Diagnostic Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Autism Clinician to join our team as a diagnostic specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing Autism in adults, children, and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- To use clinical judgment and experience to make treatment decisions
- To exercise autonomous professional responsibility for diagnostic decision-making
- To complete risk assessments and provide consultation and training to staff
Requirements:
- Current registration with NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England with no practice restrictions
- Registered nurse or allied health professional with at least 2 years' experience and knowledge of assessing and diagnosing Autism
- Experience with remote assessments
- Good understanding of legislation, research, and developments relevant to Autism
